Everyone faces challenges and sometimes those challenges become too difficult to manage. Seeking professional support when navigating the difficulties of life is something that can be very beneficial. Counselling Therapy is a way to feel understood and encouraged, as you learn techniques to cope. Counselling Therapy helps to bring healthy changes to the aspect of you life that are trying and difficult.

It’s essential to seek therapy from a qualified mental health professional, such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist or certified counsellor. They can provide an appropriate treatment approach tailored to your specific needs and guide you on your mental health journey.

Counselling Services

Erica graduated with her Masters in Counselling from Tyndale Seminary in May 2017. She then became a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) as well as a Registered Naturopath (ND). Since then, she has been operating her private counselling practice where she helps individuals, couples and families navigate the challenges of mental and emotional health. She moved to Gander in September 2022 and in October, joined the wonderful team at Gander Chiropractic Integrated Health.

Erica has helped clients, from all ages, who face many different mental and emotional health challenges. She believes that the number one goal to therapeutic success is a healthy and safe therapeutic relationship! Her priority is to make you feel safe and heard. The services she offers are 50 minutes, in person or virtual, Individual, Couple or Family sessions.

Outside of work, Erica is enjoying time with her four children and husband. She loves the outdoors, having backyard fires, reading a book, and finding new activities to do with her family!
